Golf International roots back to 1986 when Golf Istanbul was founded as an American foreign capital company with the aim of developing golf courses in Turkey. The Company was renamed as Golf International in 2002 and throughout the last 30 years it has played a pivotal role in creating awareness in golf in Turkey. Golf International has rendered project development, construction management and finishing construction services for a great number of golf facilities both in Turkey and abroad.
The company embarked upon turn-key construction works with the Mena House Golf course project, situated within the archeological site around the Egyptian Giza Pyramids, one of the seven wonders in the world. Golf International has started to take a role in Caucasia region with Dreamland Golf Club which is in Azerbaijan Baku, and also supporting Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf project in Turkmenistan, Ashgabat.
Samsun Golf Club, which we have developed together with the Municipality with the use of public funding, became the first publicly open 18-hole golf course in summer of 2018 in Turkey. The project is made on filled sea area and that is why it is unique and the first one of its kind in the world.
Golf International is also the distributor of world market leader companies about golf and turf maintenance in Turkey and Turkish republics. Ingersoll-Rand Club Car golf carts, Toro professional turf maintenance machines, Simplot Best turf fertilizers, Simplot Apex nursery fertilizers, Countax turf lawn mower tractors, Yanmar compact tractors, Aquamaster pond aeration pumps, Ryan sod cutter and maintenance machines, Turfco sand machines, Foley grinding machines, Wiedenmann aerator and synthetic turf maintenance machines, Sisis turf maintenance machines, Keystone dragmats, R&R spare parts, Spyker fertilizer machines, Gandy turf maintenance equipments, Duchell golf accessories, Bag Boy and Powakaddy trolleys are some of the brands we are representing in sales and after-sales.
We produce turf maintenance equipments under our brand, Ally Turf Care, such as foolball pitch aeration fans, fertilizer machines, spraying machines. We also produce electric golf carts for transportation, utility and general services under our own brand; Green Car.
Certificated SeaShore Paspalum type salty water resistant grass farm, which is about 100.000 m2, in Antalya Aksu is one of our other investments in sector.
Golf International serves sales and after-sales services from the central office which is in Altunizade Istanbul and from logistics centers located in Sancaktepe, Antalya and Bodrum.
