While operating under Ben Hogan Group, it was acquired by a group of executives in 1997 following the sales of Ben Hogan to Spalding and was put on the market under the Bag Boy brand.

The most preferred trolley brand in the US, Bag Boy produces golf bags, battery-operated and manual golf trolleys, as well as travel covers. Bag Boy has a very large product range while Golf International only imports Dual Tube Rental pull trolleys and Express DLX series push trolleys used for rental purposes on golf clubs.
